Our team of experienced clinicians is committed to creating a safe and supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered. Whether you’re looking for one-on-one therapy, a concentrated approach, group support, or the flexibility of telehealth sessions, we’re here to help you move forward with confidence.
How We Can Help
Anxiety can show up in many different ways, and no two experiences are exactly the same. At MMC, we work with individuals experiencing a range of anxiety-related conditions, including:

-
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
Intrusive thoughts, compulsive behaviours, and mental rituals that interfere with daily life.

-
Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD)
Persistent worry or tension that feels difficult to control, even when there’s no clear reason.

-
Social Anxiety Disorder
Intense fear or discomfort in social or performance situations, often leading to avoidance.

-
Panic Disorder
Sudden, overwhelming episodes of fear or panic, often accompanied by physical symptoms.

-
Health/Illness Anxiety (Hypochondriasis)
Excessive worry about health or misinterpreting bodily sensations as signs of illness.

-
Specific Phobias (including emetophobia, fear or driving etc.)
Strong, irrational fears of particular objects or situations (e.g. flying, heights, animals).

-
Perfectionism and Reassurance-Seeking Behaviours
Patterns that may contribute to ongoing anxiety and low self-worth.

We use focused, evidence-based treatments to help you understand your experiences, face fears safely and with good technique, and develop tools to move forward with confidence.
